Helpful staff, getting a unit was very easy, and the prices are pretty on par with everyone else's. they emailed me the documents to sign online which was a breeze. The only downside is that they operate on a first come first serve basis so if you need a unit in advance you either have to rent it for longer or risk not being able to get one, but that is probably standard for storage units so I am not too concerned about that.

Great experience with the 1st time I actually met an employee. Dana was very pleasant. When I initially booked the storage, when I checked in someone was checking out of the unit that I rented. A lock was not left nor was the unit swept out. Besides that I have had no issue thus far.

Staff at this location has always been professional, understanding and accessible! I had an issue with my key and gaining access to my unit! Dana was "Johnny on the Spot"! She stopped what she was doing, which by the way was cleaning up glass behind a dumpster that was left by another renter, to come and assist me! She is awesome!
